I would say england and japan really but we all know that japan are very smart and their techonly is improve rapiedly.... Most of england computer are very powerful and even now the basic computer are even more power than ever.

Japan didn't steal their inventions, they bought them at very large price.

Apparently, its all inventions and no innovations.
