Antipasta Salad
1 lb. spiral macaroni
1/4 lb. provolone cheese
1/4 lb. longhorn cheese
5 oz. pepperoni
3 stalks celery, diced
2 Tbsp. green peppers, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 small onion
Dressing:
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
Cook macaroni as directed; drain and rinse together. Combine all ingredients and mix with dressing. Marinate overnight. Keeps for several days.
