I have added the ShoutBox feature to the forums portal(or homepage). The shoutbox is located to your left, when you scroll down a little ways, type in your message, or click:
[Smilies] to choose a smiley to add to your message.
[Refresh] to wipe out your message, if your lazy, just click this ans start over!
[Shout] to enter your message once you are done with it, and shout!
