I'm not 100% sure on that, if it's against the law. But they do it anyway for advertisement, they'll put up stuff like:

Hey kid's want to be cool? - Try this cigar and you'll be high in school!

That is just wrong.

The fart button does the exact same thing, with there "You know you want too" policy. It grabs unwanted-kids attention into cliking it then they sweet talk them into getting into smoking and other hazordous materials. I for one to will not, do not, and will never allow any smoking advertisements in my forum. Your topic will be locked deleted reported to forumwise.com and then banned from my forum.

Logan I think that's i bit hash plus what's with the forumwise guys i mean many people do all sort of thing on the forum and don't go to the forumwise guys really because there not really there like the Forum police there just there for support i mean the really php main forum board does not police people's forum's there just there for support i mean i have seem porn forums and that have not been reported. Unless a forum has alot of abuse on it then auction will be taken down.
